What is Lailatul Qadr?

It is the most special night in Ramadan. To be more precise, it is one of the last five odd nights in Ramadan i.e. 21, 23, 25, 27, 29. In this night, the reward of one good deed is multiplied as if it were performed for one thousand months. This means that reading one verse of Qura'n in this night is like reading one verse of Qura'n for one thousand months. (Source:wikianswers.com)
